Sign up to take legal aid cases

If you are ready to sign up to take legal aid cases, simply complete the following three steps:

Complete a vendor application form. You will be entered into our referral system and you will receive your vendor number by mail. An LSS staff member will contact you by telephone to welcome you.
Register for an e-services account (for e-billing and more) by filling out the lawyer e-services security access request form. Print out your completed form and fax or mail it to LSS. We will send you a user ID and password, along with a copy of the Lawyer E-services User Guide.
Sign up for electronic funds transfer (EFT) by submitting the lawyer direct deposit form, which will enable LSS to make direct deposits to your bank account.

Then feel free to contact the LSS offices you would like to receive referrals from and introduce yourself.
