LSS and BCGEU agree to mediation

The Legal Services Society and the BCGEU, representing LSS support, technical and professional (non-lawyer) staff, have agreed to the formal appointment of a mediator under the Labour Relations Code. There will be no labour disruption while the parties are in mediation. Both LSS and the BCGEU remain committed to reaching an agreement through the collective bargaining process.
