LSS and BCGEU reach agreement

The Legal Services Society and the BCGEU, representing LSS support, technical and professional (non-lawyer) staff, have reached a tentative agreement following mediation. Negotiators for both the Legal Services Society and the BCGEU are recommending that the agreement be ratified. Once ratified, the agreement is effective from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2012.
